Summary
Second slice for #1689, stacked on #1690. This adds classifier-only path filter outputs:
corepluginsnetworkxdocs_testschema_lanepandas_compatgraphviz_laneneo4j_lanebuild_packagedgl_laneNo job consumes these new outputs yet. This PR is intentionally observability/classification only so real runs can show the classifier values before policy changes consume them.
Why
The audit found that the existing
pythonfilter is a catch-all. We need narrower, named classifiers before safely changing heavy job gates.Validation
